WILTSHIRE Mind is hosting a ‘Mindful Monday’ walk later this month to promote the benefits of walking to someone’s mental health.
Organisers say, “Getting active is good for our bodies and helps us feel better too. Wiltshire Mind recognizes that walking can play a part in making us feel good. As part of the #BeActive European Week of Sport, Wiltshire Mind is working with the Wiltshire Ramblers Association to provide a free Mindful Monday Walk in Chippenham.”
The walk will take place on Monday 24th September and will start at the Town Bridge, Chippenham SN15 1EX. The walk will take a route along the river, through a wildflower meadow.
The walk is open to all. To book a place on the Mindful Walk please call 01225 706532 or email office@wiltshire mind.co.uk
