Melksham Party in the Park (PITP) 2019 will take place at King George V Playing Field, Melksham on Saturday 20th July. Gates open at 1.00pm.
This year’s 20th anniversary PITP headliners are Take@That the top Take That four-piece tribute act featuring the one and only Bootleg Barlow, Dean Barrett. Their show will take you on a journey from the early 1990s classics Pray, Back for Good and Never Forget through to the reunion in 2006 and more recent hits including Greatest Day, Shine and Rule the World from the phenomenal record-breaking tours “Beautiful World”, “The Circus” & “Wonderland”.
Dean, Ben, Mark and Gavin are genuine Take That fans who continuously work to recreate the vocals, harmonies, choreography and mannerisms of Gary, Mark, Howard and Jason. They are a tribute band but not a carbon copy, bringing their own brand of fun, humour and audience participation to their shows.
Dean has an uncanny likeness to the megastar, Gary Barlow and has recently appeared on the X-Factor and when talking to the real Gary Barlow, Gary said on live TV “it’s like looking in the mirror”. Also to add to this, Gary said he was flattered to have Dean and the boys as a tribute and loved their version of the Take That song ‘Reach out’.
PITP stall pitches are now available for hire to anyone wanting to raise their profile at this popular event, offering an excellent opportunity for businesses to promote their goods and services.
