PLANS for the Melksham Community Campus have moved another step forward with the building contract now up for tender.
The procurement opportunity has been published on the Government’s contracts finder website, which lists information about contracts worth over £10,000 with the government and its agencies in England.
The value of the contract is listed as being £13.5million. The listing also states that the contract has a start date of 29th July 2019, and ends on 3rd June 2021.
Potential suppliers have until Thursday 23rd May to contact Wiltshire Council with their bid applications.
A planning application for the campus project was submitted by Wiltshire Council last month. A decision is expected by Monday 1st July.
