Shakespeare Live presents ‘Taming of the Shrew’

TICKETSare selling fast for this year’s Shakespeare Live production ‘The Taming of the Shrew’, from 6th -11th July at Lackham House.

Gill Morrel, committee member said, “It is one of the best known but also one of the most controversial of the comedies and is set in the suffragette era, just before WW1.

“A lively, easy to follow, and thoroughly entertaining production is guaranteed, making it an ideal way to enjoy the traditional delights of outdoor Shakespeare, especially as the audience are weatherproof in the large covered stand.  Picnics are welcome, refreshments are available, and parking is easy.”

Tickets cost £15/£20 with reductions for children and students. The show runs for 7 performances from Monday 6th July to Saturday 11th July at Lackham House near Lacock.
