A NURSERY in Melksham has reopened after a revamp from its new owners and is holding an open day next month to show local parents why it’s the right choice for their youngsters.
Little Robins Nursery is a family-run nursery taking over from Snapdragons in St. Margaret’s Gardens, Melksham. The new team, led by local couple Mark and Shan Cawley, have redecorated and revamped the house and are looking forward to welcoming children to their friendly environment.
The nursery will be having an open day on Saturday 2nd July for parents wanting to look around. Pop along between 2pm and 4pm to see what Little Robins can offer your family.
Shan said, “We’re really excited about the nursery; we’ve got new equipment and totally redecorated inside, and have three different gardens outside where the children play every day.
“We’ve got a brilliant team of staff, our own chef making home-cooked food and a real homely and friendly atmosphere at Little Robins; it’s like our own big family. As well as being fun and caring, we’re also serious about the children’s learning, and will be striving for an outstanding reputation.
“With separate rooms for each age group Little Robins encourages children to learn at their own pace with professional guidance and observation. Children are recognised as individuals and encouraged to make their own choices and discoveries in an exciting enabling environment.
“We’d like to say thank you to Rosemary and Snapdragons for all their support.”
The nursery is open from 8am to 6pm for 50 weeks of the year, excluding a week at Christmas and bank holidays. It also accepts employer’s vouchers and free entitlement.
