Grounded has opened on Melksham High Street.
Grounded is proving a welcome addition to Melksham High Street.
The atmosphere is buzzing, with groups of all ages enjoying the homely atmosphere and tucking into food from an impressively wide-ranging menu.
From a quick coffee and pastry in the morning, to a seasonal tortilla for lunch, to a stone-baked pizza or handmade burger in the evening, Grounded has something to offer at any time of day.
The café bar is proving very popular with locals so far, and has seen a busy opening week.
The manager, Robin, commented that he was ‘thrilled to meet so many lovely local customers, who are swiftly becoming regulars’.
Feedback from customers has been very positive, with comments on the Grounded Melksham Facebook page including ‘Friendly staff and a lovely environment, the service was 100% and the food presentation was on point! Will be coming back again very soon!’ and ‘Excellent food and fast, friendly service. It has a great atmosphere and I would highly recommend’.
The café bar is open from dawn until dusk every day of the week: from 8am to 10.30pm Monday to Wednesday, 8am to 11pm Thursday and Friday, 9am to 11pm on Saturday and 9am to 10.30pm on Sunday.
Grounded is putting on an open mic night tonight (Wednesday 13th July, 8pm) to showcase local talent from Melksham and the surrounding area. Following this, they plan to host regular live acoustic music nights, so watch this space!
Ideally placed in a great location on the high street, with a great menu and welcoming atmosphere, Grounded is fast becoming a central part of the Melksham community. As one reviewer commented, ‘Melksham needs places like this!’
