ROBBIE Newton is once again preparing himself to take part in the London Marathon to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.
Robbie ran the London Marathon for the first time last year, raising over £3,000 for the charity.
Robbie said, “After running the London Marathon in 2016, I got the bug and decided to apply for 2017. Luckily I have managed to gain a place. I wanted to go one step further this time though, so I will be running the 26.2 miles in a green morph suit alongside charity legend ‘Big Head Runner’.
“There will be several sacrifices! Limited alcohol, no fast food, crisps or takeaways and most importantly, lots of training! I’ll be running the Longleat 10k, the Wiltshire 10 and the Bath Half Marathon as part of my training.”
