BLUE Ballons is a new class starting in September near Melksham for children under five with special educational needs.
Every Wednesday morning at The Scout Hut in Broughton Gifford, Victoria Cullen will lead a singing, dancing and story time class for children under five years-old who have special educational needs.
The sessions will be 40 minutes, with five minutes greeting, 10 minutes singing, 10 minutes dancing, 10 minutes story time and five minutes saying goodbye. The classes are also an opportunity for parents and carers to meet.
