THE Singin’ Group celebrated Burns Night in style last week with a fun sing-along, refreshments and plenty of tartan!
The group, run by Mike and Jeanette Nash, meets every Wednesday at the Riverside Club on the Millennium Riverside Walk. Jeanette says, “We’ve been running for two years now and on busy days we have over 40 people attend. The group gives people the chance to meet others in the community, have a laugh and have a cuppa. We often like to dress up like we have done today for Burns Night. For the royal wedding last year, we all came dressed as if we were attending the wedding!”
