A NEW environmental campaign group is encouraging the community to join them in the fight against climate change.
Melksham Climate Action Network – or ‘Melksham CAN’ – is planning to host a community event to share information about the changes people can make to their everyday routine to help the environment.
On behalf of the group, Kathy Iles said, “This group wants to send a message out to the whole community that everyone ‘CAN’ make a difference in the fight against climate change – every little action helps.
“We are planning to host an environmental awareness event to get the public involved and share with them what they ‘CAN’ do to help the environment.”
