A refugee family in Melksham has set up their own catering business.

Inna and Jan who moved to Melksham from Kiev will be launching their business, ‘Gayla’, at the Melksham Food and River Festival next month.
They will be selling traditional Ukrainian pancakes, along with meatballs, fried potato and biscuits.
“We’re delighted to be supporting Inna and Jan, who will be trading for the first time at the festival,” said festival organiser, Adrienne Westbrook.
“The Ukrainian families have been welcomed into the Melksham community and it is really exciting that we can help one of those families get this new business off the ground.”
The Melksham Food and River Festival is on the weekend of the 3rd and 4th September in King George V park. For more details visit www.melkshamfoodandriverfestival.co.uk
