THE winter edition of the Bowerhill Bomber took place on Sunday 26th February and the results for the 5k and 10k run are in.
Results in the 5k race: First male was Jonathan Morrell from Corsham Gold (0:20:33); First boy aged 11 to 16 years old was Joshua Edwards from Westbury Harriers (0:21:41); first female was Stania Stokes from Team Bath Athletic Club (0:24:05); first girl in the aged 10 and under category was Imogen Edwards, from Westbury Harriers (0:24:27).
The first boy to cross the finish line in the aged 10 and under category was Aiden Stokes, from Team Bath Athletic Club (0:26:32); and the first girl aged 11 to 16 years old was Imogen Smart from Avon Valley Runners (0:30:13).
Results for the 10k race: first male was Kevin Rumming (00:42:48); second male was Josh Harris from Lonely Goat RC (00:43:13); third male was Piotr Budny (00:44:34); first Melksham male was Jason Reeves (00:45:34). First female was Isla Matherson from QRH Recross Country (00:45:42); second female was Rebekah Carrivick from Avon Valley Runners (00:48:40); third female was Stacey Harries (00:49:53); first Melksham female was Emily Knott (00:52:01).
