A car-buying office could be installed in Melksham’s Asda car park after plans were submitted to Wiltshire Council.
Vehicle-buying service We Buy Any Car Ltd has submitted a change of use planning application proposing the installation of a standalone office building.
The building would occupy two parking spaces if approved. The application says the car park currently has 245 spaces and would retain 243 if the office is erected.
We Buy Any Car is an online vehicle-buying service that enables people to sell their cars as an alternative to a private sale.
Further details of the plans can be viewed on the Wiltshire Council planning portal. The consultation is open until 3rd July and a decision is expected by the end of July.
