TWO members of staff at Blenheim Care Home in Melksham recently took park in a Memory Walk in Corsham for the Alzheimer’s Society.
Michelle Ansell and Christine Cousin joined thousands of people also taking part in the walk, hoping to raise awareness about dementia.
Christine said, “We took part in this as it is something we work closely with every day and we believe in supporting the Alzheimer’s Society. It is a great charity and it helps people get the support they need when caring for a person with dementia.
“We would like to say a big thank you to Sound Marketing for printing our t-shirts and to the people who have sponsored us including our managing director Erica Hart from Majesticare for her generous donation. We have raised nearly £300.”
