Rainbow Day Centre will be holding their Annual General Meeting on Monday 26th September at 11am at the Riverside Centre, Bath Road, during a members’ session.
Rainbow first opened their doors in 1981 and ever since has been providing an opportunity for senior citizens and now also younger persons with a disability, to meet together each week for social interaction, including fun-based activities to help maintain their physical and mental good health.
In addition, they also arrange occasional outings to help members maintain their involvement in the local community.
A spokesperson said, “The AGM offers an opportunity for you to come along to see and hear much more about what we do and perhaps to become involved in the centre, either as a volunteer at our sessions, or as a trustee; you will be very welcome.”
