Lacock Art Group is holding their free annual art exhibition in Lacock Village Hall, over the 8th and 9th August.
A wide range of affordable paintings featuring watercolours, oils, acrylics and mixed media are available to buy. They include a wide range of subjects; landscapes, seascapes, wildlife and portraits. Commissions are also accepted by many of the artists.
Delicious home-made cakes and snacks, teas, coffees and cold drinks are available at sensible prices. The exhibition is open all day from 10am-5pm and entry is free.
Lacock Art Group meet every Thursday 7pm-9pm at the village hall. It is a small, friendly group that welcomes artists of all abilities.
There are opportunities throughout the year to sell paintings in a number of local exhibitions. Regular demonstrations and workshops with professional artists are also held.
