THE Melksham Assembly Hall Community Survey aims to understand what local people and hall users (such as community groups) think about Melksham Assembly Hall and how Melksham Town Council can improve the hall so that it better meets the needs of the community.
Melksham Town Council is working with independent charity, Community First, who will analyse the findings from the survey and report back to the council. This survey is the start of a wider consultation on the Assembly Hall.
The town council says, “We know that the hall is a valuable community space and we are keen to hear from as many local residents and hall users as possible. We would like to reassure residents and hall users that the purpose of the consultation is to make the Assembly Hall better for the future.”
The survey is open for responses for 6 weeks between: 7th November 2022 – 19th December 2022
The survey can be accessed online at: https://survey.zohopublic.eu/zs/GPB8nk or using the QR code.
Paper copies of the survey are available at the Town Hall and Assembly Hall and are also available on request by emailing assemblyhall@ melksham-tc.gov.uk.
If requesting a paper copy of the survey, please indicate if you are responding on behalf of yourself as a resident of Melksham/ member of the public or whether you are responding on behalf of an organisation or community group.
