AVON Bowls Club started their new season on Saturday 13th April, when they raised their new flag.
Due to the amount of rain that has fallen, the club had to postpone their first game until Saturday 20th April.
“We look forward to welcoming all members, old and new, to our club and to do some bowling in sunshine,” says a spokesperson for the club.
“We recently had our fortnightly coffee morning, which included a book sale and the next one will be on Friday 3rd May from 10am until 12pm. All welcome.”
