A MELKSHAM band who have been performing music together since they were just 12-years old have a busy summer lined up.
The roots of the band Baby Swim lie in the secondary school friendship of James Wicks, Jack Smith, Sol Vowell and Reuben Robinson. Jamming together from the age of 12, these boys finally landed on the name of Baby Swim, releasing their first song, ‘I Don’t Care’. Word spread quickly about the up-and-coming band, resulting in many local gigs.
Baby Swim describe themselves on their website as, “Creating an intoxicating music style by combining indie rock, pop and funk together, they are rising to take over the south west.”
They have gigs lined up for across the South-West including Taunton Festival. The group are also looking for more in the area.
