The Happy Circle Day Centre is losing its long serving secretary Win Rose who has decided to stand down at the AGM on 15th June after years of sterling service.
John Crook, on behalf of the day centre said, “As a result we are looking for a volunteer to take over the position which involves attending five meetings a year on a Monday afternoon (lasting no more than one hour approx.) issuing agendas, taking the minutes and dealing with the correspondence arising from the meetings.
“The position would suit someone with an administration background to undertake duties which are done mainly from home, and involves somewhere in the region of two hours work following each meeting.”
