MELKSHAM Food and River Festival have announced the dates of the festival for next year.
The festival will take place on 31st August and 1st September 2024, the weekend before the schools open after the summer holidays.
The popular event, which saw thousands turn out at the King George V Park this year, will be the usual exciting mix of river activities, food stalls and craft stalls.
“Bookings open on 1st January and we would encourage anyone who is interested in performing or having a stall to contact us on: info@melkshamfoodandriverfestival.co.uk to be added to our mailing list,” says organiser, Adrienne Westbrook.
“We are also looking for some more stewards for the weekend and if you are interested in supporting our local festival, please also use the above email address.
“The festival is brought to you by a group of dedicated local volunteers, it’s hard work but incredibly rewarding and enjoyable. If you would like to be involved, please get in touch.”
