Happy Circle Day Centre in Melksham recently celebrated the Queen’s 90th birthday with a party.
Organiser Polly Andrews said, “Everyone dressed in red, white and blue with hats they had made for the occasion. They all enjoyed a royal raffle, singalong, party games, a lovely buffet lunch and birthday cake.
“A big thank you to John from Oakland Catering in Westbury for providing the savoury buffet and to all the volunteers and members who made puddings fit for the Queen!
“Thanks to Gompels Chemist in the high street who lent us the ‘Queen’ from their window display!
“The Happy Circle Day Centre meets every Monday at Rowley Place Melksham for fun, food and friendship. New members are welcome and transport is available.”
