DANCE the night away at the Conservative Club with ballroom and a country and western night.
On Saturday 18th May, the club is holding a ballroom social dancing evening in aid of Melksham Community Meals. Grab a partner and waltz across the floor or fall into a seductive tango! Non-dancers and non-members are welcome.
Tickets are £5 and doors open at 7.30pm for an 8pm start.
On Saturday 25th May from 8.30pm-11.30pm join singer Chris Rainbow for a country and western night. £3 per person.
Chris Rainbow began his musical career aged 14 and went on to sing and play in various groups as well as performing as a cabaret artist and country music singer.
Chris has also written and recorded a number of his own songs one of which ‘Clever Man’ received extensive radio play in a number of countries particularly Australia and Europe.
Entertainment doesn’t stop through the week as the club hosts bingo nights on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday evenings – grab your dabbers and eyes down!
