MELKSHAM Choral Society is hosting a Christmas concert at the United Reform Church next month.
The concert will be held on Saturday 11th December at the United Reform Church, Melksham, starting at 7.30 p.m.
The choral society says, “You are promised an evening of amazing Christmas music and carols old and new, which you can join in with the singing. For the second part of the evening there is a selection of music from Handel’s Messiah, which will be concluded with the one of the finest pieces of music that Handel composed which is the ‘Hallelujah Chorus’.
“You have stayed at home long enough, please join us on this wonderful occasion of our first concert since our return to singing. Celebrate with us the season of goodwill with live music, which will leave you with a feeling of joy and excitement throughout the Christmas period.”
Tickets in advance cost £10.50 and are available from the Tourist Information Centre. Entry on the night costs £12. Covid-19 regulations will be observed.
