LUNCHTIME Recitals begin on Thursday the 17th of February and will feature Sloejam.
Sloejam is a band of 10 retired amateur musicians playing a wide range of traditional, acoustic instruments. They play feel-good songs and tunes, largely from the American folk tradition. An entertaining and foot-tapping experience is guaranteed.
The recitals all begin at 12.30pm and last about 45minutes. Light refreshments are available from noon. There is no charge, but donations towards the expenses of the Rachel Fowler Centre are always welcomed.
