Following two very popular summers of Sports Roadshows, Melksham Town Council will again be providing weekly activities for children in King George V Park over the summer holidays.
Deputy clerk, Miriam Zaccarelli said, “Feedback from last year was incredibly positive, with parents saying how fantastic it was to have free activities for families right on their doorstep.
“As children enjoyed climbing, bouncing, playing and making new friends, parents had a chance to socialise and enjoy the sunshine in the park.
“This summer the activities include inflatables, assault courses, hockey, football and much more, and will run from 11am to 2pm every Tuesday and Thursday between 26th July and 27th August.
“The activities are supervised by qualified staff from Active Trowbridge and are suitable for children of all ages but under eights need to be supervised by an adult.”
