The next performance by the award-winning Holt Players will be Pack of Lies by Hugh Whitemore, a true story of international spies, lies, betrayal, and an ordinary middle-class family who got caught up in the middle.
The production, running from Thursday 28th November to Saturday 30th November at Holt Village Hall, features two newcomers to the Players: teenager Poppy Foot from Bradford on Avon and Kirstin West from Melksham.
Kirstin, Holt Players’ newest member, gamely stepped into the breach last month when her part unexpectedly became vacant. “We were delighted to welcome Kirstin to our talented cast a few weeks ago,” said director Simon Welch. “I have waited many years to have the chance to direct this play. My thanks go to Holt Players for letting me loose on it, and to Kirstin for successfully rising to this challenge.”
Tickets are available from the Wiltshire Music Centre or online at www.wiltshiremusic.org.uk.
