A DATE has been set by Wiltshire Council for the beginning of improvement works to Farmers Roundabout, starting on Monday 4th February.
A temporary introduction speed limit restriction will be in place from Monday 4th February, limiting traffic to 30mph whilst Wiltshire Council make road improvements.
The restrictions will be placed on the following roads:
A350; from Semington Road roundabout for a distance of 125m in a south easterly direction; between Semington Road roundabout and Farmers (Bradford Road) roundabout; between Farmers roundabout and junction with the A365 and from the junction with the A365 for a distance of 275m in a north easterly direction.
A365; from the junction with the A350 for a distance of 190m in a north westerly direction.
B3107; from Farmers roundabout for a distance of 212m in a south westerly direction; from Farmers roundabout for a distance of 154m in an easterly direction.
C395 (Semington Road south); from Semington Road roundabout for a distance of 85m in a southern direction.
C381 (Semington Road North); from Semington Road roundabout for a distance of 90m in a northern direction. The new speed restrictions will be clearly indicated by traffic signs.
These works will commence on 4th February and will have a maximum duration of 21 days.
