Semington Village Hall is to undergo refurbishment this autumn on its windows and doors.
Gerald Taylor, Semington Village Hall chairman said, “This will improve disabled access to the building and improve access for users with pushchairs and buggies.
“The cost of the improvements will be partially funded by grants from the Hills Group Limited, Landfill Communities Fund administered for Hills by Community First; The Rural Community Council for Wiltshire for £1,500; Community Area Grant from The Melksham Area Board for £2,500; Semington Parish Council £2,000; and Semington Village Fete £700.
“We look forward to our users being able to use our improved facilities.”
