THE White Hart, Atworth, is set to show more live entertainment in the coming weeks culminating in a Pink Floyd tribute night for Cancer Research UK.
The upcoming live entertainment starts with a performance from Catch 22 on Friday 15th August at 9pm. They are a Wiltshire based band boasting a huge set list from 60s rock and roll to the floor filling dance hits fresh from the charts.
On Sunday 24th August at 8pm El-Nino will take to the stage as the local band plays rock inspired by the Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Foo Fighters, Thin Lizzy and Cream.
Following El-Nino a Johnny Cash Tribute will take place on Friday 5th September at 9pm, with classics such as I Walk the Line, Ring of Fire, Man in Black, as well as many more.
Another tribute night will take place on Saturday 6th September at 9pm. This time it is a Pink Floyd tribute which doubles up as a fundraiser for Cancer Research UK. Entry is free, but it is hoped by the band that the audience will dig deep.
