THE next lunchtime recital at the Rachel Fowler Centre will be on Thursday 19th May and features the return of local pianist, Anthea Turner.
Organisers say, “The programme will be mainly solo items, but apparently some duets are also promised.
“There is no recital on the Thursday of the Jubilee Bank Holiday Weekend so the recital after Anthea’s will be on Thursday 16th June, when we shall be entertained once again by the beautiful soprano voice of Jane Hunt.
“The recitals all begin at 12.30pm and last about 45 minutes. Light refreshments are available from noon. There is no charge, but donations towards the expenses of the Rachel Fowler Centre are always welcomed.”
