There is no time to recover from the success of their recent Saturday night concert, as Melksham Choral Society are now rehearsing for their Summer concert which is to be held on Friday 3rd July at the Rachel Fowler Centre.
Sheila Jackson, on behalf of the society reported, “The concert will feature songs from shows and films, some of which will be known, and the choir will also be singing some that are not so familiar. It is reported in the media that a fifth of the population would love to learn to sing and if you are one of those people, please join us.
“Our musical director Paul Badley is a professional singer and puts us through our paces with humour and encouragement. The choir is very friendly and helpful so will give you lots of support.
“Please just turn up. We meet at the Rachel Fowler Centre at 7.30pm every Thursday during term time. A warm welcome is guaranteed.”
