Once again Christmas is upon us and Melksham Lions are out and about.
Melksham Lions say, “Unfortunately we will not be able to come around the streets but Santa and his reindeer will be at supermarkets around Melksham from 10am to 4pm on the following dates;
December 15th and 16th – Sainsbury’s; December 23rd – Co-op; December 24th – Lidl.
“Melksham Lions have been busy over the past year supporting the Melksham community by providing equipment and essentials to many and giving donations to various organisations, and helping young people to achieve their ambitions.
“Our main commitment is to the people of Melksham, but we also support Lions International with help with disaster relief worldwide. You won’t see Lions on the news, but Lions will be there, usually first, to assess the situation and decide, prioritise requirements and supplying water purifying equipment etc.
“Every penny donated to Lions’ charities is used for charity.
“Melksham Lions would like to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year.
