AFTER months away due to lockdown restrictions, Melksham’s Tuesday market made a full return this week to the Market Place.

All four regular stalls pitched up this week offering fruit and vegetables, fresh fish, baked bread and garden ornaments.
Tracy Collins of V&P Collins told Melksham News, “It’s great to be back! It feels strange but customers are pleased to see us back. And we will be back every Tuesday now.”
To ensure market traders and customers remain safe, Wiltshire Council has provided signs to remind visitors to keep two metres apart, and refrain from touching products and produce unless necessary.
The market is held every Tuesday in the Market Place.
