Melksham Rugby Club has received a £600 donation from Taylor Wimpey Bristol to fund new training equipment.
The local team, which has over 500 members, provides much-needed activities for children and young adults throughout the local area.
Jeremy Flower, coaching coordinator at Melksham Rugby Club says, “It’s important to us that we offer the junior teams the very best training equipment to enable them to develop their skills and refine their game.
“This donation means we we’re able to purchase adjustable height tackle bags that both our adult and junior players can use. We will be able to coach our younger players to tackle correctly and reduce the risk of injury as they progress through the age groups.
“We are really grateful to Taylor Wimpey for this generous donation.”
