A team from Melksham & Shaw Short Mat Bowls Club have won the County Mixed Fours competition which was held at Christie Miller Sports Centre.
The club play at Broughton Gifford Village Hall on Wednesdays and Fridays from 7.30-9.30pm and are looking for new members so if you would like to give it a try, come along for a free evening. Suitable for all ages and anybody welcome. The club have spare bowls for you to use – all they ask is that you wear flat bottom shoes. Call Lorraine on 01225 700909 for more details.
