Melksham Walking Netball is looking for new members.
Their sessions take place at Melksham Campus in the Market Place on Mondays 4pm – 5pm.
“We are a friendly team of mixed abilities and it’s a great fun way to exercise,” said Sue Mortimer, one of the organisers.
“One of our players, Christine Thomson, sums us up with a little ditty: Walking netball might be new to you Although, a sport us ladies do. With exercise and good fun – You don’t even have to run! A friendly team of all ages, and so Come along and give it a go!!
“You don’t need any special kit to play; just something you feel comfortable exercising in and suitable footwear such as trainers.
“We are a pay as you play team – £3 a session. We look forward to seeing new players on Monday so come along or for further details call Sue Mortimer on 07719 935883.”
