A MELKSHAM dog has been chosen to feature in The Kennel Club’s 2020 calendar.
Freya is a Saint Bernard dog that was rescued from Romania last year and re-homed in Melksham with new owner Tom Burke.
“In December we rescued her from Romania and since then she has just kept getting better,” said Tom. “The charity that we used to rescue her nominated her as their entry for the calendar this year and she was chosen straight away. Everyone that meets her loves her. She’s a true gentle giant!”
