SPA Medical Centre and their Patient Reference Group will be hosting a mental health information evening on Monday 11th September.
The event is aimed at anyone who would like more information about anxiety, stress, depression and panic attacks (excluding dementia). The presentation will be given by local GP, Dr David Thomas.
The evening begins at 7pm at the Spa Medical Centre on Snowberry Lane with refreshments before the talk starts at 7.30pm. Booking is not required, but spaces are limited on a first-come first-seated basis.
