MELKSHAM Family Chiropractic Centre is hosting an open day to give anyone the opportunity to speak to their specialists.
The event takes place at the centre at 5 Spa Road on Saturday 18th January between 1.00pm-3.00pm. The open day will be an opportunity to look at the facilities on offer and to talk to specialists about problems you may have or any tips or advice on staying healthy. It is also to welcome new therapists that have moved from Watson’s Court Clinic and to raise awareness of the different services that are offered in addition to chiropractic care.
The centre offers multiple treatment rooms used for chiropractic care and a growing range of other health-related services. They also provide a warm welcoming reception and waiting room, a dedicated room for their supervised spinal/back strengthening classes and an educational learning area which is being developed about living healthily in today’s world.
The open day is also partly to celebrate the recent awards from the Royal College of Chiropractors: The Patient Partnership Quality Mark (PPQM) which is awarded to recognise excellence in terms of meeting patient expectations and the Clinical Management Quality Mark (CMQM) which recognises excellence in terms of operating within a structured and managed clinical environment.
The centre is run by Robert and Katie Simpson with a team of remedial and sports massage therapists, podiatrists/ chiropodists, a clinical hypnotherapist, a medical herbalist and a counsellor.
Katie said, “The open day will be a fantastic opportunity for anyone needing some guidance or just wanting an informal bit of advice from an expert. Rob added, “It has been very rewarding for us to establish our own practice after many years as associates elsewhere and we are really happy to have these great facilities and are now able to put all our focus into helping the local community.”
