THE White Hart in Atworth has its open mic night, its regular charity pub quiz, and its classic car meet, all lined up for the weeks ahead.
On Sunday 12th June and Sunday 26th June, 5pm to 7pm, it’s open mic night supporting new and raw talent, originals and covers and local musicians! The pub asks that you bring your own mic if possible.
On Monday 20th June it’s the charity pub quiz, from 8pm to 10pm. “Come and join us for a quiz full of great questions and random bonus rounds,” says the pub. “If you’ve been to one of our quizzes before ,then you will know that they are like no other! Four rounds of 10 questions on various subjects, plus bonus. Entry is £2.50 per person, with a maximum of 4 per team.
“We will be raising money for local groups and charities – the beneficiary changes monthly. Please get in touch to nominate a charity. So grab your friends and families and come to test your knowledge at one of our monthly quizzes.”
On Tuesday 21st June the pub is hosting its monthly vintage car club get together, from 7pm to 9pm. The pub says, “All are welcome at the classic car meet, old car or not. So come on down to chat about all things cars, grab a bite to eat, a beverage or just a chance to get out in your car for a social.
