Artists and craftspeople from Melksham are being invited to a ‘Networking Evening’ by the organisers of the Peacock Arts Trail at 7pm on Wednesday 8th March at The Pound Arts Centre in Corsham.
The event will introduce this autumn’s trail and host an ‘In Conversation’ panel featuring artists who have taken part in previous trails and Peacock Trail organisers; this will discuss the benefits of being a featured artist and give best practise hints and tips.
“The evening will be the perfect opportunity to meet other artists, to find a venue, to promote your work and to ask any questions you might have,” said organiser, Leonora Martin.
“We would also love your ideas about how we can make this year’s trail the best yet; including a community project and ‘Big Draw” events. “
This years trail takes place between 30th September and 8th October. Artists’ registration closes on 30th April. See www.peacockartstrail.co.uk
