THE Denes quilting group from Melksham recently made 25 quilts for project Linus and presented them to the Wiltshire coordinator for Linus, Ellayne Fowler.
Member of the group, Lesley Bastone said, “Linus is a children’s charity providing quilts and blankets to children who need some warmth and comfort in their lives for various reasons.
“Denes quilters are a group that meet once a month, we sew for pleasure and for charity and we try and choose local charities that will benefit from the quilts we make.”
