AFTER finishing as runner up in the Britcar Trophy’s Clio class this year Melksham’s racing driver, Jack Meakin was selected as the Rookie Driver of the Year at the Britcar Awards Ceremony.
Jack has also won the hotly contested scholarship shoot-out, beating 25 other drivers to the ultimate prize – a full season’s drive with the Dragon Sport team in the Britcar Trophy Clio class.
After finishing this year’s championship in P2, Jack is now looking to go one better in 2023 and win the Championship.
