SHAW Primary School is looking to recruit two further school governors to join its governing body.
A governor is expected to support and encourage the activities of the school and evaluate and challenged the policies and curriculum, to help the school progress.
It is a voluntary role with an expectation to attend at least four meetings a year, as well as visit specific classes at least once a term. Training and support will be provided. If you are interested in this role, contact school clerk, John Carter, on 01225 709679 for further information.
