The Semington Slog 10k and family fun run is being held this Saturday 9th May.
Entry for the 10k is £12 (£10 if affiliated with a running club). Enter online @ entrycentral.com/semingtonslog. Entry for the George and the Dragon Fun Run is £2 – entry on the day.
