Taking place on Saturday 3rd October, the Stonar Stampede is a friendly fun run taking place within Stonar’s beautiful grounds.
Stonar also hosts the West Wiltshire Primary & Secondary Cross Country Championships in October and this is the school’s inaugural WAA running event, which incorporates the Wiltshire Junior Race League. The courses will be set across undulating off-road terrain incorporating playing fields, pastures and track within Stonar’s 80-acre site.
With 5k and 2k distances, the event is an ideal introduction to off-road running; classes range from U11 to Vet60. There will be medals for all finishers and winners’ trophies for each class.
