THE Melksham Carers Café will be celebrating the Queen’s Jubilee at their meeting this week.
Facilitated by local charity, Carer Support Wiltshire, the café offers carers the opportunity to connect with other carers over a hot drink and a cuppa.
The Melksham Carers Cafè is held at the Kings Arms Hotel in the Market Place, and it is free to attend, with no need to book – just drop in.
About the meeting, this Thursday 9th June, 10.30am to 12pm, Café host and Melksham Carers Champion, David Walker says, “This will be our Jubilee Carers Café, so if you can’t get to the Buckingham Palace Jubilee Party, and you are a carer, why not come along and enjoy our Jubilee tea and cream cakes and share your carer experience with other carers.”
