MELKSHAM United Church is hosting a Spring Bazaar on Saturday 12th May, from 10 am to 12 noon.
Margaret Henry said, “These fund-raising events are always great fun, meeting and chatting with friends over a cuppa. We do hope you will find something that takes your fancy among our many stalls. We shall have – cakes, books, greeting cards, jewellery, and a White Elephant stall. There will be toys and books and an activity table for the children, and if the weather is inclement, there will be a plant stall in the gazebo at the front of the church.
“There will be a raffle, and in addition, we shall be holding a silent auction of the gift hampers very kindly donated to the church by McCartney & Stone.
“Refreshments will be provided – tea/coffee and biscuits £1, and no entry fee. All proceeds to our development fund. Do come along with your friends and enjoy the morning with us.”
