POLICE and Crime Commissioner for Wiltshire and Swindon, Angus Macpherson, joined local officers and residents at a Neighbourhood Watch meeting recently.
Held at Melksham House on Saturday 8th June, the Neighbourhood Watch and Neighbourhood Policing Team event also welcomed other organisations. These included Canberra Youth Club, Wiltshire Air Ambulance, an anti-social behaviour task team from Wiltshire Council, Gompels, Wiltshire Fire Service, Trading Standards, and Wiltshire Bobby Van Trust.
The event was an opportunity for people to find out more about Neighbourhood Watch and other community organisations. A raffle raised funds for Wiltshire Air Ambulance and Wiltshire Bobby Van Trust.
